The micro-module data center has the following characteristics:
 
1. Precise line-level refrigeration technology is adopted to make the cold air concentrate on heat exchange with the server, avoiding heat exchange between most of the air and the environment, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
 
2. High power density. The electrical power of IT equipment in each cabinet is 5-10kw.
 
3. Industrialization. The components of the micromodule are manufactured in accordance with the general industrial standards, and most of the components can be prefabricated in the factory. Avoid component designs that involve special manufacturing processes.
 
4. Standardization. Simple replication, strong reliability. The design inside the micro module can be 100% copied in different conditions of the data center. When the building conditions of the data center are not ideal (such as insufficient floor height), the design inside the micro module does not need to be changed, only the physical size can be adjusted.
 
5. Rapid deployment, period reduced to 3-4 months. Prefabricated parts in the factory should be as many as possible to reduce deployment time.
 
6. Modularity facilitates expansion. As long as there is room in the machine room, expansion can be realized.
 
7. Low cost. Total investment is no higher than in a traditional data center.
 
8, low PUE value, reduce the operation cost of data center, energy saving and environmental protection. The energy consumption index is below PUE2.0.
